Midland, ON. - Georgian Bay

Our first town after leaving the TSW is Midland, ON, located on the Southern end of Georgian Bay. Georgian Bay is actually a huge bay on the Northeast side of Lake Huron. Midland is noted for it's many murals painted on buildings throughout the town. This happens to be one of the larger, more famous ones.

We stayed at a wonderful marina in Midland called the Wye Heritage Marina. One of the many perks we enjoyed was the use of our very own golf cart to get to and from our boat. This was a first for us. Some marinas might loan you their courtesy car for an hour but, this was our first personal golf cart.
