Tuesday (6/10) we meet them in NYC for dinner and a play at the Neil Simon theater. The play, ALL THE WAY, starred Bryan Cranston portraying LBJ and his presidency from the Kennedy assassination to his election in November 1964. He did a superb job depicting President Johnson and the master politician that he was.
Before the play we had dinner at a great Italian restaurant, the Azalea Ristorante, on West 51st St., just around the corner from the theater. The dinner was so good we returned after the performance for a late night dessert and coffee. A fitting end to a great evening!!
